he was with research and development, but he said he wasn't involved in jim's projects

They said he wasn't exactly keen on helping them when they brought up fighting unreality. And yet, he founded Retrospec, a group which also fights unreality. Or at least, fights what unreality it doesn't cause. Could be he simply, had a different methodology than the other 3.”

Mahoney: Sword and Rabbit.
Spinnato: Shield and Koi.
Cavendish: Bear and Book.

Our team did manage to gather information regarding the founders. Clarence Vanderweele, Philip Spinnato, Georgia Mahoney, and Myrtle Cavendish are their names, as evidenced by what we experienced in the forest. They had, apparently, fought the "unreality" in the past -- for whatever that implies for the state of things now.
There's also Joanne, Ms. Wiseman's younger sister.
Ronnie – In charge of the subway lines, and “other paths.” Perhaps further clarification will be forthcoming? Referenced the various locations as “other spaces”, which was taken to mean other dimensions. He could be the one overseeing the link between Recolle and those other worlds. However, this has not been confirmed.

One thing I think that's important to share from Team Daquiri is that Retrospec employees apparently have protocols in place that, in normal situations, prevent them from talking to us or really interacting with us in any way.
